Efrain has over 20 years of experience as a lawyer in immigration and refugee legal processes. He has been recognized as a local leader for his hard work in helping and guiding immigrant families.

As an active member of our Board of Directors, Efrain takes a comprehensive approach to organizational, legal, and community impact issues. In addition, with his valuable vocation of service and altruism, he is always attentive to sharing his knowledge and experience with the work team and with our community, providing viable alternatives for solutions to the various situations we face in our daily work.
