2025: A Year of Rebirth and Community Transformation

2025 was not just another year for our organization; it was the year when the seeds of hope took deep root. At Renacer, our mission has always been to serve as the bridge between need and solution, providing the community with the tools they need for a second chance. Thanks to our strategic alliances, we have successfully touched hundreds of lives.

Health and Well-being with SRA:

We consolidated, developed, and executed the Hospital-to-Home Transition Program. We ensured that dozens of older adults did not feel alone after a medical intervention by accompanying and guiding them. With the support of our Community Health Workers, we guaranteed that their home was the best place for their recovery.

Education and Future with Hispanic Access Foundation:

Through Paths to Science (Senderos a la Ciencia), we brought scientific curiosity to our youth, proving that young talent knows no bounds when provided with the right tools.

The Faith Community Forest:

What started as a dream has become a tangible space where nature and spirituality meet, reminding us of our responsibility as protectors of creation.

Celebrating in Community (Our Events):

Our social media platforms bore witness to the joy of gathering. From informative workshops to cultural celebrations, every event was an opportunity to reaffirm that we are stronger together. We extend our deepest gratitude to every volunteer and donor who contributed their part to every encounter.

In 2026, we are not slowing down. We are preparing to expand the reach of our flagship programs. Very soon, we will share details about the new phases of Paths to Science, the progress of our Faith Community Forest, and how we will continue to strengthen the support network for our seniors.
