PROGRAM DESCRIPTION Renacer en Vida Nueva, Inc. ("Renacer") sends conversational and informational SMS messages to individuals who have consented to receive communications. Message types include appointment reminders, care coordination updates, health program information, and service notifications. Renacer does not send promotional or bulk marketing SMS.


CONSENT If you consent to receive conversational and informational SMS from Renacer en Vida Nueva, Inc., you agree to receive conversational and informational SMS from us, including appointment reminders, care coordination updates, and health program notifications.
