Lizeth Carvajal leads with heart and vision as our Director.
Lizeth Carvajal serves as a Director on the Board of Directors of Renacer Foundation. Originally from Bucaramanga, Colombia, Lizeth is an Industrial Engineer with professional experience in administration, compliance, operations, and organizational processes. Throughout her career, she has worked in roles that require analytical thinking, attention to detail, responsible decision-making, and the ability to understand how different areas of an organization work together.
Her engineering background has shaped a practical and structured approach to problem-solving, planning, and continuous improvement. Lizeth brings to Renacer an analytical and organized perspective grounded in her professional training and experience with administrative, operational, and compliance-related processes.
As a member of the Board of Directors, Lizeth is committed to supporting Renacer’s mission and contributing to its continued development, while supporting initiatives that strengthen families, expand access to opportunities, and improve the well-being of the communities the organization serves.
